Shipping, excepting for different arrangements, will be sent by Poste Italiane,
with wich Vecchiarelli Editore stipulated a convention for very cheap national postage.
POSTAL RATES CHANGE ACCORDING TO:
-National shipping
The postage changes according to the weight:
- 1,00 € 0-3 kg
- 2,00 € 3-5 kg
- 2,50 € 5-10 kg
- 3,00 € 10-15 kg
- 3,70 € 15-20 kg
Weight is automatically calculated. You have to add € 3,00 if your shipping is “cash on delivery”.
-International shipping
The postage changes according to the weight and destination:
- 8,5 € 0-0,4 kg
- 12,00 € 0,4-2,0 kg
- 18,00 € 2,0-3,0 kg
- 20,00 € 3,0-5,0 kg
- 25,00 € 5,0-10,0 kg
-Digital mailing
- No additional costs for the customer
This postages are applied for some nations, if your nation is not among them (you can fund the list in our site,
while you make your order) please contact us by e-mail or fax and we'll send you a personified estimate.
Cash on delivery cannot be applied for international shipments.
PAY ATTENTION, DON’T CHOOSE NATIONAL POSTAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, because your order would be firstly frozen
(waiting for the payment of the deficiency) and then (if ther’s no payment) cancelled.
Only when the postage is charged goods are shipped at our risk.
In case of stealing/miscarriage we engage to send a new good, and if it would be not available or sold-out, we'll
send you an equivalent good.
The customer can refuse this new good and ask for a credit-note
If the customer will choose a different way of shipping, at its own risk, Vecchiarelli Editore will not be
responsible of loosing or damage of goods after the delivery to the carrier.
Deliveries will be done in about 4-5 working-days for national dispatches, but there could be some delay
caused by Poste italiane or some other reasons dependent on the circumstances.
Delivery will be generally made during working-time unless different agreement.
